SHIPPING POLICY
Orders of $100 and over get FREE tracked postage Australia wide. For all other orders, standard postage includes a tracking number which will be sent to you via email once your order has been sent.
All orders placed are posted out on the next business day and typically take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your location as we are based in Sydney, Australia.
Please note that once your orderhas been delivered to you as shown by tracking data, Flourish can not take responsibility for lost or misplaced parcels. We recommend you elect to require signature on delivery for all parcels delivered to your address with your postage provider.
RETURN POLICY
Due to our health and hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns of used products. If you do not like them or change your mind we apologise so please make your decision carefully.
If you receive the incorrect item or the item you receive is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order in order for us to organise a replacement, exchange or store credit.

Minimum wholesale orders are $200 with individual product wholesale prices depending on the quantity being ordered. Initial orders receive a free 500mL Flourish Hair Growth Shampoo & 500mL Flourish Repairing Conditioner for use in your salon, on the basin. All wholesale orders receive free postage Australia Wide
